Although it's not the same as a second ticker, I just now learned, reading one of the other articles here - that you can actually track any measurements you like.
Go to the weigh in section. Click "change measurements". You can remove any you are not using (I took out neck) and add others. I've added in my resting pulse rate; it's really nice to see that one go down!
It would be nice to have a whole section on health-tracking, with pulse, cholesterol, etc. In the meantime, though, the ability to change what we measure sure is nice.

What a great article! Very interesting!! I have been wondering if something is going on as my weight has not budged but my clothes are looser. That could be the answer! And tracking it would be wonderful to see those numbers go down but not below 28 for a woman!! Thanks for a good suggestion and link!

WOW Sharon! You have done an AWESOME job!

I would like to track both also but since I am in maintenance my main focus is on body fat now. I need to build that muscle to help burn those calories!
Goodluck with the rest of your journey!
Take care, CC

I think the idea of a body fat ticker is great baut have it in addition to the weight ticker because different people want to traack different things and some would like to do both. I know that I would. I'm proud of my weight loss for the first time in about 25 years. Let us enjoy that.

that would be great!!! i also thik it would be great if they also offered a ticker to track how many pounds you loose because some people are not comfortabl with posting their start/current weight for all to see.

It would be great if we had the option of a body fat percentage ticker instead of, or in addition to, a "weight" ticker. Alot of people, especially those into strength training, are trying to track their body fat percentage as well as, or instead of, the number on the scale.
This article was a real eye opener for me, "IDEAL WEIGHT: IS THERE SUCH THING?" located at:

Thanks for listening! CC
