Hmmm, ok, sorry didn't know coach. I am using a pedometer that measures your steps and calories burnt for each step. Din't realize I took that many steps in a day or how many calories you can burn off if you keep moving and exercising. Have a great day.

I'm not sure what you mean by walk or calorie scale? If you're referring to the progress reports, they are done on a weekly basis, so you won't see results until the end of your first week.

How do you move the slider on your walk and calorie scale when you start a the beginning and after 5 days it still shows the same as when you started? Can anyone tell how to move the slider mark and put in the calories burned each day? Thank you.
