| I haven't worked myself up to be able to do much with my abs.. hell for that matter I am not even sure I can SEE my abs LOL - - - - BUT I agree, I think the videos of the exercises here on Sparkpeople are one of the major things that set this website community above and beyond what other "similar sites" offer. And it's COST FREE to boot, so who can complain, know what I mean? Glad you are enjoying the ab video :)
