You can change the quantity of food you've already entered. Just click on the name of the food in your meal tracker, change the quantity & save changes.
I have to do this several times a week so I got to be very good at it. :)

I often enter my food in at the beginning of the day so that I know where I will be if I stick to my plan. But say I eat more or less of something on there, I have to remove the item and go back and re-add it with the new quantity. It would be nice if there was a way to change the quantity after the food has been entered.
