| I think this is an excellent idea, and is helpful for me not only because of accountability but also because when I can see other trackers and get great ideas for food!

I'm sharing mine at this time. It's especially helpful if you are working with another Sparker or are on a team because then you can check in, get ideas, and support from others.
I can see where it might be intimidating or frightening to some - I mean it would all be out there for anyone to see... but OTOH I'm doing this for myself and if "publishing" it helps me, hey I'll go for it! I also like how the nurtrition is a bit easier to read on the Sparkpage then it is on the Nutrition Tracker (a bit more basic).
Paired with the new feature to group your Strength exercises with your own workout names these are both great features at Spark!

| I'm sharing my trackers also. Although I will probably be embarrassed when everyone sees on a bad day. That's a good thing; maybe it will push me in the right direction.

| I did... I love it. I get alot of people sparkmailing me asking what I eat... so now they can just look themselves.

Hi all,
I just wanted to know how many people decided to share their food and exercise tracker on their SparkPage?
I think it's a pretty good idea, you can check out what other people are doing with their nutrition and activity, as oppose to just being able to see the weight tracker.
