| I id the 15-min ball video and am not sure what it is calorie wise.

| under cardio the do have aerobics high and low impact,and dancing so I would think one of those would be the same. All you have to know is how long you worked out.

| When you do a video there is no way to know exactly the calories you burned. Could SP add calories burned, or add a button that will add it to your fitness tracker?
