Thanks for the question and answer here. I was wondering how to get the ticker set up too. I have been exploring the site as much as I can, but since I work full time, I haven't had a lot of time to check it out. I can't wait to see my ticker show up. I am hoping it will keep me motivated!

This is the sequence of how to get there:
Click on 'Sparkpages Tab'
Then 'Edit My Sparkpages'
(or you may need to create one)
Page down to bottom where you will find
'My weight Loss Ticker'
Select the ticker, background and remember to save
Hope this helps and good luck on you weight loss journey Nicole. It looks like SparkPeople put a ticker on your post automatically when you created you spark page.
