Josh,
I received your e-mail, and thank you very much! I know I said this in my return e-mail, but I must repeat myself for the sake of the SparkPeople users out there that may read this.

I am very impressed with the service that SparkPeople provides. My questions have been answered in a very timely, polite and friendly manner. I enjoy the site so much, that I have referred two friends to SparkPeople already! I am confident that they will find the site as helpful as I have, and if they encounter a question, I know they will be treated with truly exceptional customer service. Keep up the good work!

Sincerely, Kerri B., SparkPeople member since 2/15/04

Hi!

I sent you an email this morning, but I deleted the foods you entered as you asked.

As for the foods you entered not showing up in results, it takes 24 hours for new foods to show up in search results, so that may be what you're seeing. Also, the closer that your search is to the title of the food, the better, so if you try putting in the exact title of the food you're looking for, you'll be more likely to find it.

One other thing...did you know that you can edit your cupboard? This allows you to remove things from the cupboard.

I hope this helps!

Hello!
Yes, I've stored it in my cupboard, but have looked for it in the main categories so that once I delete it from my cupboard (because it's not a food I eat all the time), I'll be able to find it again. I have entered French Onion Soup two different ways, and I can't find either of them. I don't want to clutter my cupboard with foods I only eat occasionally, like when I go out to eat.
Is there a preferred way to enter the information so that it is easily found? I've also entered some foods using the brand name of a supermarket I shop at, and when I do a word search for that store, none of the items come up, yet I can find them under their perspective categories (I have even unchecked the box that allows a wider search criteria). I'm getting frustrated! I have been in contact with Angie re: this matter, and am awaiting another reply. Thank you for your time!

Where did you store it? Did you put it in your cupboard?

I keep entering food "not in our database", and then it's lost in nowhere land. I search for it several different ways, even different word searches and still can't find it! Is there a glitch, or am I going crazzzzyyyy!

HELP!
