Welcome to this site you will like it. Denise gave you some really good suggestions to get started. Just start slow and don't try and do everything at once. Learn how to track your calories, drink your water and exercise. Visit the message boards and learn how others are doing and get tips from them. Ask questions when you need to there is lots of help here. Good luck on your journey.

| Welcome to SP! I would suggest taking some time and looking through the website. The message boards offer a lot of great motivation and support. The Resource Center has some great information on many things so you should stop in there and check it out.
