Weekends are tough because I try to squeeze so much into each day. Any help I can get from SPARKPEOPLE has really been appreciated. I love opening up the e-mails.

The weekend survival guide is helping a great deal to keep me motivated and on top of my goals even though so much else is going on.

When I saw this in my email inbox, I thought for a few minutes that it was a new newsletter (like the weekly Spark) that was all about keeping us going over the weekend - I know some people complain about getting too much email, but I know that for me personally, having SPECIFIC suggestions for the weekend would help - I'm thinking "out loud" here, but maybe something like "this weekend focus on drinking your water even if you slept late, are traveling, have a party to go to, etc" and then the next week "focus on getting your servings of fruit and vegetables" One thing at a time is easy to focus on, but all the balls that are up in the air during the week seem to come crashing down Saturday morning. If we had some guidance on the one ball to keep in the air for two days, over time I think it would make it easier to keep them all in the air M-F AND Sat/Sun.
