If you click the "other goals" button on the points page, you will see the button to add goals. If stretching isn't already one of the options, you can add it manually.
(I should do that myself, I always forget too!!)

I always forget to strach, so i thought onther good tracker would be a streaching one, like the strength tracker to show how to do some streachers correct, then you can tick them off.
