That's a great idea! It would be so easy to see how we are doing if we could set it up for daily, weekly, monthly updates...

I too like this idea. I have been here for about 3 weeks, and am still learning to utilize all of the tools here, etc, but if there is something like this here I would love to use it, otherwise I think it is a wonderful motivating idea!

I think that is a great idea and a great motivator for those who are just starting out to encourage exercise logs. !!!

Similar to the weight loss ticker, but customizable to your fitness goals. Example could be a ticker that displays the total number of miles you would like to walk/run/bike in a designated time and the amount you have already completed towards that goal.
Other ideas are laps swam, pounds lifted, minutes of cardio, ounces of water, etc.
Users could customize the title, plug in the increments, and there ya go!
They could be attached to signatures and/or sparkpages.
