| would be a great idea to be able to put a before and after picture on each end of the ticker! Even one at the intermediate weights too!

| Sorry if this is a daft question, but I am new and still learning, but where can I get a progress ticker that I have seen so many people with? Also, I would like to make one of those before and after images - anyone able to point me in the right direction?
