That's a really good idea.
I use Lean Cuisine and Healthy Choice meals a lot, and usually add 1 or 2 additional servings of frozen veggies to them, on a plate, in order to add all my veggies each day.

I think this is a good idea too. Maybe something like our water tracker would work. I have no idea how difficult it would be....but the site is still wonderful and I love it too.

First of all a big thanks to Sparkpeople for an amazing FREE website. I hate even posting a suggestion because you guys do an amazing job already. But, here goes. I am trying hard to make sure I meet my 5 servings of fruit and veggies a day. I would love it if the Nutrition Tracker was able to automatically tally my servings of fruit and veggies based on the standard fruit/veggies servings that Spark provides. Does the tracker already do this? If not it would be a great addition!
