| I too feel that it somehow needs to be a wider field. For example I do a lot of my walking at the beach. I try to relate that to an eliptical or walking on a treadmill with higher resistance. Also, a lot of the 'chores' around my house burn up a lot, cutting trees and brush, stacking firewood, etc. I tend to either put it under general farm work or aerobics but never sure if I'm translating it correctly.

| yes, I would love to see a heart rate thing OR an option to log the exercise as "easy", "moderate", or "difficult" or something like that. I think it would make it easier to estimate calories burned for us people who don't have heart rate monitors as well.

| I would like that too and I would also like to see different machines that I workout on when I weight lift. I belong to a gym and use both free and machines when I lift.

| I too would love to see calories burned for different exercise videos like WATP!

| I would like a way to enter my heart rate into the cardio tracker to get a better estimate of my calories burned. For example yesterday I took my dog for a walk...which means sometimes I ran, sometimes I walked and sometimes I stopped and waited for him to "do his business". It was hard to pick which speed of walking to choose...but I could have entered an average heart rate for that lenght of time much more easily.

| I would like a place to record the number of steps taken so I could track my progress on that. I know there are a bunch of 10,000 steppers and such on the site so others might enjoy that also

Hello,
I think it would be cool if there was a guide in the Fitness Resource Center for workout videos. I know that I struggle with figuring out what to log certain exercise video tapes in as. For example, I don't know how to accurately log Turbo Jam, so it would be cool to see a suggested way to log it in, i.e. aerobics, TaeBo, etc.
Thanks!
Alicia
