I've requested this in a separate topic a while ago, and agree that it would be awesome. Since we don't have it now, some suggestions for y'all. Track it yourself... I do: Week 44: 24-24-24-24-24-24-24=168/168 - PERFECT! :-D If you want a graph, using a spreadsheet to generate one. Want points? You already get 2 for using it. If you want more, put HLS goals into your 'other goals'. I realized that the 'other goals' can max out quickly, but at least the HLS will help it get maxed. :-) I hope you find these suggestions to be helpful.
SPARK ON! :-D

I have used the healthy lifestyle tracker from the day I started spark. getting points for more sleep would be fine, but how do you make yourself sleep? sleeping pills? something I will not take.

I concur,
I also notice on the other forums I've read people are always talking about their overall (across time) performance on the healthy lifestyle scale.
(I assume), they are probably tracking their progress on a spreadsheet or somesuch (maybe googlecharts), however I'd prefer to do this (and store the information for access by other members and myself, a t the sparkpeople website).
The idea of having all your information in one place is a really great aspect of the way this site/idea seems to work.
So yes, that would be a neat feature, but in any case ... well done guys :-D

| I also use the points to motivate myself to get more sleep and to add more vegetables especially...it would be nice to be able to have a graph...

I second what MELWUP says. I'd love to get extra points for being good. :)
(I'm really just a glutton for points.)

| That would be awesome to have a graph for it. It would also be cool to get points for having a healthier score...just an idea.

Since I've been in "Stage 4," I've found that one of the thing's I'm paying most attention to is the "healthy lifestyle scale" -- it helps keep me "honest" better than just tracking what I'm eating, because I get dinged when I don't eat fruits and vegetables (a constant struggle for me). It also is the only place that nags me to get more sleep (on days when I do adequately in the other areas, the fact that I never get more than 6 hours of sleep a night ALWAYS kicks my score down a notch).
I'd love it if we could track our scores and see a graph for the healthy lifestyle scale like the other things we are able to track on the site. I think it would be especially useful for folks who are in maintenance mode, or don't have too much to lose but who are trying to develop more healthy habits (it's possible to be slim and unhealthy).
Thanks for listening!
