cookies are enabled. i cleared the cache. even opened up a browser that had never been to Spark so it couldn't be a cache problem. still no go though i can access any other of my pages on the site.
i can access the nutrition reports if i use 'view progress' from my home page. interestingly enough, that report starts with the year 1902. i wonder if i signed up for Spark on a day my computer clock was weirded out and that's throwing something off.
if this isn't something you can look into/fix on your end let me know. i guess i'll have to try setting up a new account. or is there some sort of reset feature.?

Here are a few things to try:
Make sure that Cookies are "enabled" so our program can remember your info. Go to this page to learn how to enable cookies for your browser: http://www.google.com/cookies.html.
You may have too many Temporary Files stored in your browser. To clear out these temporary files (using Internet Explorer), find the Tools/Internet Options menu item. Under the General tab in the Temporary Internet Files box, you'll see a button to Delete Files. Click that. It will likely take a few minutes for those files to delete.
Make sure that you have the latest version of your browser.
Hope that helps,
Coach Jen

whenever i try to bring up a nutrition report, or any report on that page, i'm sent to a page saying i am using an incorrect username and password. however, i am logged in and can access all other pages like the meal tracker, cardio tracker, sparkmail and such.
another member of my family is on spark and does not have this problem. i've tried two different browsers on two different computers.
