My version of this is a little different.
I get the e-mails, but when I click the button that says "Click here to redeem points" or something like that, the button goes dark, and doesn't link back to the SP site. And, there's no indication on SparkPoints that it recognizes I've read the e-mail.
Any ideas?

Hi Jen -
Well, it took me a few days, but I found that the articles were being blocked at my service provider as you suggested ... UNBELIEVABLE ...So, I just started getting them again .. thanks for your help and your suggestions.
I look at this as a blessing - because, I also found other things that I did not know that I wasn't getting !! Now, I am getting all of my mail. YEAH.

Carol,
Your ISP can block some of the emails and not others, so it's possible that you'd get the Highlight but not get the dailies.

Hi Jen -
They are not being trapped in my Spam filter (I checked) or being blocked by my service provider, because, I do get one e-mail still - the monthly highlights - so, I know that some of them are coming through. But, I am not getting the daily ones that I was getting. I checked my subscription on Spark, and I am still signed up for them. That is why I was wondering if Spark was still sending out daily mailings.

Carol,
If you aren't getting your daily emails, here are a few things to try:
Check your e-mail’s spam filter or junk folder to make sure the messages are not getting caught there. To prevent this from happening, add mailer@sparkpeople.com to your address book.
If that does not work, contact your Internet service provider to make sure they are not blocking the emails.

Hi -
Does Spark still send out daily email articles - I am signed up for most of the them (food showdown, reflections, recipes, etc...) I used to receive them daily (before you could redeem them for reading them) but, I have not received any of these mailings lately.
