You could track those things in the Other Goals tab on your homepage, or if you go to Weigh In, you can change the measurements you want to track and could add those in there.

Are there any plans in the works to track daily blood pressure or blood sugar? The charts are AWESOME for the other things, and it would be great to see it all in one place.
Also, something that would allow PDA entries for on-the-go folks would be nice, too.
