Maybe I'm just too duh to figure this out - but a suggestion for Spark would be let's say it's 8pm and I know I have
300 calories to be in range 50 carbs 40 fat and I could use another 15-35 protein
What if Spark had a way to suggest a snack? Like "tuna sandwich - 200 cal, 20 carb, 2 fat, 18 protein" and suggested like 3 things or whatever that seemed to fit in the range and fill it out.
Right now I try to preplan my meals & cals, but it's difficult. I always end up low on everything and trying to stay in range. I would love some "suggested foods" other than just the mealplans - something that could be suggested for the space you have left. :)
