I am a little confused. I have been getting the Lifestyle change emails, but none of the ones I signed up for that are supposed to come daily.
Is there a difference between them? Why can I get these (about every 2 weeks), but not the others? Janis

| My problem is with bellsouth. They said I should be getting them. I still am not. I am moving and changing internet providers next week. This will probably fix my problem.

I just took a look myself and saw it hadn't changed.
Is the email I did get not from Sparkpeople directly? It said from a Partner. I'm just unsure about whether I should change now, if I am starting to get some. It did say from Sparkpeople, so maybe I should wait? I just don't know how often to expect e-mail newsletters, since I haven't gotten any yet.

Dave I set up my yahoo address for e-mails yesterday, but didn't get anything today. Does it take some time to change?
I DID get a message to my Juno address though, A Special Offer from A Sparkpeople Partner, about Christian Singles. Does that mean the change hasn't taken effect, is Juno accepting e-mails now? I am a little confused.
Which address should I keep? Should I get e-mails daily? Like the ones for exercise?

| All email providers have problems at different points, but right now most are fine. Hotmail and MSN are having off and on problems, and Juno is definitely having a problem.

Ok so Yahoo isn't one having problems? Is it basically Hotmail? And maybe Juno?
I will try a Yahoo address for a while and see what happens. I would like to try Juno again in a few weeks, I use it far more, sometimes don't check Yahoo.

| We checked with Juno, and we're having some technical problems getting through to them. They have a fix coming in the next few weeks, but we're not sure then. In the meantime, you could consider changing to another free email provider like Yahoo.

I have been trying to find out why I haven't gotten any of the Spark E-mail. I contacted Juno to ask if they were blocking my mail from Sparkpeople. I got this reply:
"If you know someone sent you an email message and you haven't received it yet, we recommend you ask the sender to forward the exact transcript of the error message received (when the mail delivery failed) to abuse@juno.com. This will enable us to determine the exact cause of the mail failure and take appropriate action."
Is this something you can do? I just don't get the newsletters from SP.
An employee of SP, Dave I think, said they would look into it, but I never heard anything. Can anything be done, or is it a lost cause? Janis

Who is your email through? Have you contacted them to make sure they aren't blocking your emails?
