Carol,
We're currently working on the email problems and hope to figure out what's wrong.
The SparkPoints on emails started at the end of last week, so you won't see that link on old ones.

Hi Jen -
I was receiving my daily and weekly Sparkmails that I signed up for, but they recently stopped. I still receive messages from posting to my subscribed community group threads, and I added Spark to my "OK" list for mail. I use Outlook Express.
Do you know why I have not been receiving any mailings this past week?
Also, I looked on my old mailings, and there is no place for receiving SparkPoints (will this come only on the new mailings that are sent?)

We are currently working with Hotmail through some technical problems on their end- that's why our emails are being blocked.

You now have an opportunity to earn SparkPoints through the daily emails we send. There are 7 daily emails, Community Highlight and Weekly Spark and you can earn one point for each. You'll see this item listed on your SparkPoints page, with a link to register for emails if you haven't already done that.
