| I'm new to the site, but I think the ticker is very motivating. I enjoy seeing that so many people are getting close to their goal weights and making progress. It gives me confidence that this can really work.

It seem to me since they add new feature, i do not get my sp email anymore
do not know what happen, somebody was telling me it happent to her also and all at one she start getting it again . i do hope it happen to me

| It is a little more. 1 kg = 2.2 pounds. Many US members are confused when they see the tickers of people who use the metric system. Mayber SP should give us the option to add a caption that explains what the ticker is tracking and in what units.

| well unfortunatly it is in kilos. Yes if i work it in to pounds it is at least double that.

| Coach Jen, my weight is stationary but I am losing inches steadily. I manipulated my personal profile so that my tracker shows change in my hip measurement. Now I have a visual that shows me something positive. It would be a great idea to have a second ticker that monitors another variable than your weight.

| Since I was the one with the kg. let me suggest an option. A time indicator.

I love the new features of SP. But just one suggestion, with the fact that it is a worldwide site, is it possible to have an indication on / or near the ticker whether the weight is in KG or pounds. I have read a number of posts where the reader has been confused as to whether the writer was refering to KG or pounds.

| I wanted to ask whether you can please make the fitness tracking page formattable. I would love if if I could change the colour of that just as I do my sparkpage. It becomes a bit boring to see the same colour scheme all the time. Maybe you could add some nice backgrounds as well

| I'm sure most of us have done that by now..I think everyboard has a 'how-to' on one of the posts. I know I asked on a couple of boards, and got answered, then saw the link for it in the newsletter! You're not the only one that's slow! I was asking about them..and did not realize they were new!

The tickers are wonderful! I was really missing my ticker since I moved here from the south beach Diet online. However, a few more interesting designs would be nice, such as are found at tickerfactory.com. Anyway, I really appreciate them! They really help me to be more motivated and to appreciate the success of others as well!

The ticker is the bar you see in peoples signature line - you can pick from a variety of backgrounds and markers.

| Go the home page, click on "Account / E-Mail Preferences", scroll down and click on "Add/Edit Message Board Profile". Scroll down and you will see the weight loss ticker at the bottom, complete the information there and click "Save Changes" at the bottom.

I'd love to see some focus put on the reports for the next update. They are OK but could be better. Show more nutrition and weight loss data! My only gripe :)

The default is to have the box checked, but if they have it unchecked that they don't want the mail, you might get that error message.

Hi Everyone!
We are very excited to let you know about 2 new features we launched today!
SparkMail is a private messaging system that allows you to send another member a message without it being public on the Boards, and without having to know their email address. You can get to this feature at the top of your My Home page.
The weight loss ticker is a fun way to update people on your weight loss progress. If you go to Account Preferences on your homepage and click to Edit Your Message Board Profile, you'll see how to add that at the bottom of the page.
One additional feature: The "Online Now" icon will show you when your friends are on the site.
If you have questions about it, let us know! Enjoy!!
