Artteacher,

In the food search feature you can click on "Add a food" on the top right and put in all of the nutrition information for it. If you have a food that you think would help others and have the published nutrition information, you can email that to nicole@sparkpeople.com. Hope that helps!

I've been working on Spark People diet for a little over two weeks now, according to my not so supe bathroom scale I'm down four pounds. That's great. Doing my excercises etc. I love being able to plug in everything I eat and get the math done for me, it keeps me thinking before I eat too, but there are things I eat that arent on the food search list...is there a way to add to the list? I keep seeing the
" nutrition info provided by members " thing so there must be a way... any ideas, fellow baby-boomers?
