I agree, that is a great suggestion about adding notes to our food tracker pages. I also print out my pages to take to my doctor visits. I am a diabetic and I would like to add notes about my blood glucose levels before and after meals.

Could you perhaps but a little box on our personal Nutirion pages where we could write notes to our selves. Sometimes, I enter my food in the wrong section (Lucnh vs Dinner) or if I'm wondering why I ate something I could write about if I was feeling depressed or if I had PMS.
I print out my food tracking and keep it. I take it to the doctors with me. (My regular doc, My nutritionist, and my psycologist) It helps to know how I was feeling not just what I ate. These two things tie together for MOST of you members
P.S. I LOVE the site. You guys have been great. I'm so happy I found you. I don't even know how I did. It was if it appeared out of nowhere.
