I'm glad to hear you're so happy with the site! Of course you can stay after you reach your goal weight! You'll just want to set your current weight and goal weight to the same number, and based on how much exercise you're doing the program will give you a calorie range to maintain your weight.

To all the Coaches: I have been using this site consistantly for 4 weeks. For the first time in my life I am looking forward to working out. It has become a part of my day. At 46, I have not been a part of any program and in the short time I have been with this I have discovered many thing about myself. Through the meal tracker, I found out I was nowhere near taking in the amount of calcium I need. I am now taking suppliments as well as getting more from the foods I eat. So, THANK YOU all so much for everything I have learned about myself and for creating this site. If it's okay, I would like to stay active on this site even aafter I reach my goal weight. Tammy
