The reason we can't send products internationally is because shipping costs through our fulfillment partner are incredibly expensive, and not something we can afford to do. We hope that the gift certificates are a nice replacement. We hope that people are happy with have access to our free site and winning some sort of prize, whether it's an SP product or not.

A couple of weeks ago I spun my spark wheel and I won a water bottle, only to learn that SP won't send prizes to their Canadian members. What's up with that? I mean, I know this site is free and everything, so maybe I shouldn't complain, but there are A LOT of Canadian men and women on here. Granted, I got an Amazon.com $5.00 gift certificate, but I don't dedicate hours of my time each day to Amazon.com.. I dedicate my time to Sparkpeople!! Come on Spark.. why not give us the same privilages as your American members??
