I agree stick with calories and true measurements! Its the best way to educate yourself! I hated Weight watchers! I only tried it for a month maybe but I like calorie ranges every day you feel different! Flexibility is key to a lifestyle change!

If we tried to do anything related to points, we could be sued by WW. That's why we don't really want to risk trying.

I have asked this before, if SP could translate to WW points in their meal planner section. Although the WW points system is pretty much owned by WW; I am still wondering if there isn't a way to do this without infringing. Just curious?? Aloha, June
