10
Stayed on track and ate abalanced meal.
| Still on track and gave away chocolate eggs I was given yesterday. 10 today.

In the chance that it is 1-10 from good to bad as far as eatin too much. I would say a 5. I did not have the usual Easter meal either. This was the first year I did not have either of my parents come with me to see my grandparents. However, I had a great time and did not eat too much, but at the same time I did not do all of my exercises that weekend that I should have so I would rate it a 5!
Depends is it 1-10, bad food - good food - taste wise - then it's a 10!
If it's 1-10 bad food -good food, health wise - then it's a 2!
my in-laws have a tradition called "second dessert" it involves cheesecake - you don't want to know the rest!

| 8 I cooked all of the usual but I still counted everything and still stayed within my means. I didn't have any of the deserts. After dinner I immediately started cleaning up the kitchen to keep my body moving to work off some of the calories. Trust me when you are cleaning a kitchen you burn calories.
| 9! We didn't cook the usual Easter dinner as we have done in the past. It was kind of a relief to not have to worry about company. We stayed home, relaxed and treated like a normal weekend.
| 1 I ate chocolate, hot crossbuns and drank the wine. I loved every minute of it and the only reason I didn't put zero is because I didn't eat the leftovers my kids left behind. But give me 10 today because I'm right back on track again.

| 9... and I'm totally proud of myself for resisting the pies Sunday night. I actually did allow myself to have the tiniest sliver, and I think I enjoyed it more than I would have my normal LARGE piece. :D

| Ok, I gave myself a 9 for Easter, but now two days later I find myself eating jelly beans.....yikes!
| 7. An 8 hr drive with a basketful of Easter candy from your parents is never a good thing! (but I think I resisted pretty well, and only ate two Hershey's miniatures!)
I will see that *8* and raise you *2*, Southern Comfort was the downfall!
| I would give myself an 8 - only "bad" stuff was the 2 glasses of wine.
| I'd say an 8 -- I tried to eat small portions of everything, including cake (Sat.) and pie (Sun.)
| I treated myself and indulged.. and i dont feel guilty, today i went back to the healty habits
I ate healthy and... the only sweet I ate was a half of a peep. ;) t'was a pretty good day.
| 9. I stayed within my calorie range but didn't exercise.

| Oh, a 1, definitely. But it was worth every last tasty calorie. Seriously, it's Easter...you have to indulge SOMETIMES!!!

I would have been okay if my mother-in-law didn't get me an easter basket. I kept my basket with me all day so I should get a -3.

| eating I give it a 10 because I stayed in my cal range, but I should of exercised too
| 8 or 9, I ate almost all the holiday food (no cheesecake or chocolate) but at my recommended calorie range and still did some strength training.

With 10 being the best, I would say I was at a...........10!
Breakfast was an English Muffin sprayed with buttery spray, and a boiled egg.
Dinner was baked ham (3.9 oz all fat removed), 1/2 baked yam(4.7 oz), 2 low fat biscuits. Dessert was my special Suar-free, fat free pumpkin custard (just a pumpkin pie without the crust ) and a cup of coffee. I might have a fat free, sugar free latte later, but haven't decided yet. Total calories today? 1273!
My body doesn't take a holiday from calories, so I won't either.

| Our Easter dinner consisted of Homemade Spaghetti and Meatballs ... Rosemary and Potatoe Bread and a big green salad. We ate at lunch time so that helped digest instead of waiting till supper time to take it all in. I'm still within my goals for the day but that means I don't think I'll eat the Peanut Butter Pie ...even though I made it a lighter version than the normal. We'll see.

I ate at about a 6; anytime I have time off, it is kind of tough for me; workdays pass pretty easily, but a day off means extra hours free to be hungry and get at the food, unfortunately! But I did stay away from the sweets(so far?!) and I give myself a little leeway, because it is only human to consume a bit more on a day like this, right?! But it is still much better than if I wasn't on a food and exercise plan; I am more conscious of minimizing the danger zones! Also, I get right back into healthy days after this and not let one higher end caloric day turn into many and no turning back! Happy Easter to all who are celebrating this awesome holiday.

| Probably a 4. I did OK at the meal, just ate some chocolate that I shouldn't have. Hopefully I can redeem myself at dinner time!
