If the place you're posting is okay with you mentioning SparkPeople, then I think it's great that you're spreading the Spark!

I answer many questions on Yahoo! Answers about the diet and fitness area and I tell people about Spark People. At the same time I am a professional researcher for a website we offer. Is it okay if I tell people about Spark when I answer questions (the site does say it is not professional advice).
