I'm not sure the plus signs are, but we do recommend tracking on the weekends if that has been important to your success. A lot of people fall off track on the weekends, so I think that's a time when you should focus even more on what you're eating. So there's nothing in the program that says after a certain point, you don't need to track on the weekends.

| Hi, everyone--I've been like faithfully tracking every calorie that goes into my mouth since January and today I see plus signs on Saturday and Sunday--did I sleep thru that bit of info?? After you get so far can you take the weekend off??? I really find having to account for every morsel and its numeric value keeps me in line--lost 27 pounds so far and feel a whole lot better! Any answers would be welcom--Thanx!!! Spappas
