We do try to write some content for those who might be at a higher fitness level, but sometimes it comes down to what things will reach the highest number of people- and most people aren't in your situation yet!

Since some of your members have made dramatic changes in their lifestyles and are moving into more competitive edge fitness, have you thought of adding sections or writing articles to take them to the next level?

For instance, I am training to cycle century rides but am also still in the weight loss phase. It would be awesome if there were articles that outlined conditioning training to reach my cycling goals while helping me regulate my calories to continue losing weight but still have the energy I need to compete. The same would probably hold true for those who are running and want to start doing half marathons and work up to full marathons.

Has any consideration been given to something like this? I’m not ready to leave the nest yet!
