For those who want to contact others of the same age group it could be a good idea to start a special thread. The snag would be if it discouraged people from posting on other threads.
One of the interesting things about the Sparkpeople boards is the difference between the members who post, not just their ages but also their backgrounds and reasons for choosing their goals. In many cases their aims are the same and advice and help can come from people who are younger or older.

There are a lot of ways the forums can be re-organized and a lot of great new forums that can be added. Keep on posting your ideas because several times already, SP has added things or changed things based on user input.
In the meantime, you could start a Twenty-Something thread in the Cafe if you'd be interested in doing that.

Doe spark have any age groups? I think it would be helpful to have a forum for "20 somethings," "30s", "40s", etc.
I'm 23 and I think that it would be nice to be able to connect with other people my age, who are going through similiar experences that people in their 20s go through. Also, I think it would be good for other age groups as well.
There are so many people on Spark that, for someone new like me, it would give me a forum to instantly connect with.
Let me know what you think, or if there's already something like this and i just missed it.
