| Tonya, we truly think that is a good suggestion. We've found that people who get support from others - whether it be on our Message Boards, on email, from a friend - are more successful. Sharing your profile would be a great way to get support from others, getting congratuations for your good days and support for days that aren't so good.

I don't understand what "next we'll be hitting on TONYA for not staying with the program."

| I have seen sites like fitday.com (which is very popular) give this option. I signed up for an account at fitday a very long time ago but never really used it. That site has a good foundation...but this place here at SP is what keeps me going and going and makes me want to achieve fully. My suggestion was just that...a suggestion. Anyone can give one here and suggestions is what helps to make a place grow. Some people use certain options that help them best while others may not use an option because they feel they don't need it. I personally would like to show what I am doing so that it may keep me accountable and at the same time help others to improve their own program.

| Gee, I thought it was a good idea! I think if each person has a choice, they could decide whether they want to be openly accountable all the time, or keep it all a secret. I think it would push me more.

Do you really think people wouldn't be stacking numbers,to look good? lets keep the competition to ones self, isn't that whats going to get each of us to or Goals. ,next we'll all be hitting on TONYA for not staying with the program.

I think it would be cool to have the option to make our profiles public or not. Allow other members to see our nutrition log each day and to see our fitness log. The choice would be for each member only though.
Just a suggestion!
