I agree that it would be really great to have a CD to use some of the tracking stuff when you can't access the internet.
Luckily that isn't a problem for me currently.

| Yes those are 2 things I would love to see. I need Vit D and my husband needs potassium. It would be great to see which foods we should eat for these nutrients. I also tried clicking on the body to get specific exercises. I have big flabby upper arms but all I could get was upper body exercises not specifics. This is agreat website and I look forward to all the improvemnets to come.

Say Sparks..........you should add a list of nutrients and what foods to find them in. Course maybe you have that and I just can't find it.
I am consistently low on several, and just can't seen to find the foods to bring them up. Just a suggestion.
Also, while all the exercise is helping, maybe you could add a way of targeting specific area of the body. You know, not just upper and lower, but like lower abdomen, upper abdomen etc. Again, I realize that you do have it broken down, but some specifics would be great....like inner thigh exercise. You know, type in the part and a specific list comes up of what exercise to do to help it.

I think it would also be great if SP offered a program compatible with Palm OS... THAT would be portable and updateable with the online version.
Even just the trackers and databases of selections..

| Let me add my wish for this, as well. My internet access at home is down frequently, and I feel quite lost without my Spark! It would be nice to have access offline when unable to access the internet.

| I used to have a Nutrition Tracker program, and loved it. I don't remember the name of it, but if there was one tied to the SP family, it really would be great!

| I am about to go away for spring break and will be without internet access for awhile. I was thinking that it would be handy if SparkPeople offered the NutritionTracker, and other trackers on a CD that could be used offline. I realize that this wouldn't contain the message boards (one of the best parts of SP) but it would help people who couldn't get online with their weightloss goals. I for one, would even pay for something like that.
