Just a heads up- I saw that two-part pushups are in my strength training today but I think they are described wrong:
Action INHALE: Keep body in a straight line as you lower halfway to floor.
EXHALE: Hold for 1 count, then push up for one rep.
Shouldn't you lower halfway, hold for one count, then lower ALL THE WAY, hold for one count, and then either push up all the way or push up halfway, and then push up all the way?
