Is there really NOTHING there? Does it at least say "No strength training scheduled for today"? On the gray title bars that say "Strength Training" and "Cardiovascular" there should be white oval buttons on the right that say "Add Strength Exercises" and "Add Cardio". You can click on these to add in other exercises. For strength training, once you add the exercise you also have to check it off when completed in order for it to be counted. Hope this helps.

I'm not quite sure how to even say this but when I'm on my sparks points page and then try to add in my card and other goals thee is no where to do it. This is all I see Track Other Exercises 1 point / goal tracked (max 10 / day) 0 but if I go to the page there is nothing to enter or push. Thanks Teddie
