Jess,

You should be able to enter User Entered exercises, add them to your plan, and then they will show up on future strength training days. Does that help?

Great idea! I would love to have that on the site!
Especially this part:
"2. Is there any way to customize your own strength training plan...sort of like the food groupings in the nutrition section...so you could have a few saved sets so you don't have to enter the individual exercises every day? (Maybe there is already a way to do this that I just didn't realize.) "

I make my own customized strenght plan, too, and stick to it for about 2 weeks. But as it is set up right now, I have to enter each excercise manually for each day, which takes a lot of time.

On the strength training page the "Add A new Exercise" and the "Get A New Strength Training Plan" buttons are so close together...just now I was talking to my hubby as I clicked and accidently reset my plan instead of adding a new exercise.

I'm bummed because I liked the plan I had set up and no amount of refreshing and cliking the "Get A New Plan" button is bringing it back. I know I can just add in the exercises, but it was nice how it was all set up for me on my strength training days, without me having to do any extra work.

This leads me to two suggestions...

1. Is there any way you could add an "Are you sure?" when it comes to changing your set strength training plan?

2. Is there any way to customize your own strength training plan...sort of like the food groupings in the nutrition section...so you could have a few saved sets so you don't have to enter the individual exercises every day? (Maybe there is already a way to do this that I just didn't realize.)

Thanks!!
