Lula,

First, I think you should start thinking about this more like a lifestyle change and less like a "diet". One of the good things about this program is that there are no "bad" foods, just things you should eat in moderation. It is possible to go out to eat a lot and have a sweet tooth, but still eat healthy- both for weight loss and just for good health.

Start by making small changes. Don't feel like you have to dramatically change the way you eat all at once, because that can be pretty overwhelming. There are some great articles in the Nutrition Resource Center about eating out, curbing your sweet tooth, etc. Take some time to check them out.

hello u can try eating healthy or fruit that is good for u i eat a lot of fruit just try it

The diet is very hard, almost every evening I go for social activities, and I have sweet tooth. Even I work hard the whole day, it is getting spoiled by one icecream or a chocolate cake. How do I resolve this problem. Please advise.
