Hi Patrick... hope all is well at school! Use those great leadership skills to help others have a better life! Let us know how we can help.

Hi Patrick - good to hear from you! When you talk about talking to others and showing them how excited you are about it, that's really a good starting point!
Especially if you keep working out and using SP to get great results yourself.

| Its too early right now to really get into starting the club. Not everyone is here and classes haven't started. I have to get adjusted too with moving in and dealing with my classes. I think right now I'm just going to talk to a bunch of people about it and see if they're interested. Hopefully they'll see how serious I am about this and be interested right away.

Hey Patrick,
We are all really excited about spreading SP Campus! This first year is a great oportunity to build a solid foundation while you're wading through red tape.
Can't wait to see how the group develops!

I don't like the recent developments from Boston College. The best way to get people to join a club is to be in the club fair and apparently new groups cannot get into the club fair because of the slow and tedious way the Office likes to register clubs. This club is still going to be awesome but it may take a little more time and dedication from a smaller group.

Also there is the www.sparkpeoplecampus.org website which has up to date information on the University of Cincinnati Campus group.

Hi Hope
SparkPeople has it's own 501(c)3 non-profit too! We have partnered with many local non-profits like our local public school district and others.
One of our main projects is SparkPeople Campus, a leadership and community service group for college students. We started at the University of Cincinnati, but Patrick is working to create our next group at Boston College. We hope to be around the country one of these days!
You can learn more on their website here: SparkPeople Service

| For those of us who are new, what's a campus group?

|

|
| I've been sending out emails and trying to get all the administrative stuff out of the way so we can get this club off on the right foot.

| That's awesome Patrick! Good luck; what an excellent endevour! It will take patience, but the end result will be worth it.

Hi Patrick - you can do it!
Soon Boston will love SparkPeople too :)

| This is Patrick from Cincy (going to be a sophomore at BC). As many of you know SparkPeople has a campus group at the University of Cincinnati, but I've been assigned to start up an equally active and awesome group at Boston College. I'm really looking forward to the challenge and would love to hear from anyone in the Boston area who would like to help out or get involved.
