i can't see any possible harm in giving up junk foods and soda.
weight that is lost slowly is more likely to stay off.
i prefer reasonable amounts of varied nutritious food to atkins or slimfast. they aren't healthy for you and don't work long term.

Our program is set up to help you safely lose 1/2-2 lbs per week. So I would not recommend trying to lose that much weight so quickly. The more you try to lose the weight in a healthy way, through a proper diet and regular exercise, the more likely you are to keep it off long term.

I know it's hard to be patient, but give your body time to recover and try to take it slowly.

I am not breast feeding, I little depressed about that. Right now I have been watching what I intake and trying my best to drink lots of water, its hard when you have a little one to look after now, I find myself eating breakfast at 12 pm. I talked to my doctor and the only exercise I can do is walking so I have been doing my walk away the lbs video. If i weigh around 155 is it realistic that I can loose about 35 lbs by Mach?

Are you breastfeeding? If so, you'll want to be careful about cutting calories too much b/c that can affect your milk supply.

The best way to lose weight and ensure it stays of long term is through a healthy diet and regular exercise. I'm not a big advocate of low-carb diets, because it sets you up for eating patterns that you can't sustain long term.

It's not a good idea to start any kind of program until you're cleared by your doctor. I think it's fine to eat healthy, but you might want to wait a little longer to start cutting calories.

I just had a baby 2 weeks ago and I want to loose weight quickly! I don't know if I should actually go on a diet or just eat small portions and loose all the junk food and soda? I was thinking about the adkins but then I heard some one say that they are having quick results with slim fast. I am so confused what should I do?
