I would do it one of two ways. Either 15 min of "low intensity aerobics" OR 15 min. of walking at a 15 min per mile. Either way!

I'd love to see DVD's entered. Since I'm inside today because of the weather I'm doing Denise Austin's latest walking DVD. It claims 15 minutes is 1 mile. How would I add that?

I think that is a good idea too. I just joined and I was checking out the track your exercise part and thought, wow this is going to take me forever b/c I only use exercise DVD's. I don't use the same DVD's on a daily basis, I like to rotate them.

Anyway, I'll keep checking to see if it is updated.

KMZ - I'm totally with you. Logging all of them a few times a week is REALLY tedious.

I did my best entering my biggest loser Sculpt and Tone, but it would be nice to have to enter one entry, instead of 13 exercises.
