A number of people asked about being able to print exercise demos, since near their computer isn't where most people exericse :)
With our new feature, you can check off the exercises you want to print, then get a page with those exercises, with instructions, and each frame of the demonstration. We're still cleaning the page up a little and will link it off the Resource Center soon, but it works now.
