There are many great websites to help with conversions (not just ounces to grams, but also tablespoons and other cooking conversions people have difficulty with.
I like onlineconversion.com
I use it in my classroom sometimes to help students double check their work and increase their internet ability. (Doesn't seem like they NEED much help online...but at least it is an educational resource.)

| Also, if you google they have added a conversion feature to the site. Just type 'How many grams in 2 ounces' in the search box and it will calculate it for you. I have a google toolbar and have it on my desktop, so it's fairly easy for me to go back and forth between google and SP.

There is a conversion tool on the Nutrition resource centre page (down near the bottom). Alternatively, work out the 1oz is approximately 28 g and it will be roughly right (it is actually 1oz=28.35g).

Bennie,
Thanks for your message. I think it depends on the item- ounces are listed for some things.

| Is it possible to add OUNCES on the +ADD FOOD list? I had to figure out how many grams my 2 ounces of turkey breast was.
