Hi, I
Most sticky topics are on sparkteam message boards. They are threads that will stay at the top of the list of threads in that forum, where they can always be seen, instead of moving down the list when other threads have been posted in more recently. They are set up by the team leaders. There are a few on regular message boards which have been set up by an SP staff person, because they contain some message everyone should read before posting.
