That's actually a really good point. It would be helpful. Sometimes its easy to tell, but other times?

yeah, I want to know why one has higher calories and fat than the other. Not necessarily a full ingrediant list, but what is the defining difference between cheeseburger #1 and cheeseburger #2 that makes one have fewer calories and fat? How the meat is cooked? More cheese? A larger meat patty?

Not sure I understand your question. Do you want to know why something has more fat and calories? Like what the ingredient list is? Is that what you mean?

I've been getting alittle frustrated with the food showdowns, because they will say what is lower calorie and what is lower fat, but often and explanation of why isn't included. And it's the why I am most interested in. Since I started receiving these emails there has been one food I actually eat.
I was hoping though, with explanantions, I would be able to use them to make better decisions with other foods that I do eat.

Has anyone else thought this?
