Yeah, I decided not to do the cabbage soup diet. I made a bowl, and it tasted really icky = / I'm not eating enough calories? I've been within the range 1800-2150 Am I supposed to eat more than that?
EDIT: Oooh, nvmd. I was thinking of yesterday, lol

You need to keep in mind that your body is still growing and developing so it is possible that your body is changing but you aren't seeing it.
In looking at the few days you have tracked your food, you are not eating enough calories or nutrients. I would recommend you track your food for at least a week to get a better idea of what you are actually eating. That way you can see in what ways you can improve your nutrition. Also, make sure you have your Fitness Tracker set up properly with the amount of exercise you are actually doing.
Weight loss is rarely consistent even when you are. It does take time. Are you feeling better with eating better? I'm sure you do! And if you have been exercising consistently, I'm sure you have seen some improvement in your fitness level.
You mention that you "read somewhere that the cabbage soup diet is ok for short term dieting." Guess what - that is not healthy in general, especially for teens! You will not be receiving the proper nutrients or calories for your body's needs. You will be depriving it of the nutrients that help it finish growing and developing properly. Also, when a person goes on a "diet" it is just that, temporary. You are more than likely going to gain back the weight when you start eating "normal" again. So why put yourself/body through that? Instead, continue to focus on eating the proper nutrition and exercising 3-5 days a week, including cardio & strength training. You will see a difference in yourself when you continue with healthy habits.
I've been working my butt off, eating right, and doing what I should. But I've gained 4 pounds. I can't do this anymore, nothing will ever work for me. I've been on this since January and havent lost ANYTHHING. This is the first time I've weighed myself too. And I know I'm not "losing fat and gaining muscle" because my measurements havent changed either. I feel so fat, and to make it just right, summer is coming up. I read somewhere that the cabbage soup diet is ok for short term dieting. Maybe I'll go on that, lose a little weight to get me motivated, and then do the Sparkteens thing again. = [
