Weight can fluctuate within a few pounds daily for everyone. Try to not focus so much on the scale - put it away for a while. Use other forms of seeing your progress/success. Try taking measurements, notice how you feel, how your clothes fit and how your fitness level improves. You can easily see a change in any of those things even if the scale doesn't show a loss. Sometimes you can lose inches before the scale goes down.
As a teen you are growing and developing at a rapid pace. You may not see this growth and development most of the time, but it is happening as your body changes. Your body takes a different shape and form as you get older and become a young adult.
Focus more on healthy habits such as eating the proper nutrition and getting exercise (cardio & strength training) 3-5 days a week and you will see positive results.
