Try and see if you lost and inches in your chest, waist, hips, both arms and both legs. Sometimes it's the measurements in inches that are more important than your overall mass.

You aren't doing anything wrong, your body may just be forming muscles and you didn't even realize it. Try switching up your routine.

Your plan is fine and everything your doing is right. But if u need to, try switching up your exercise routine. Me, I run on the tredmil, situps and pushups. And if i get really bored, i turn music on and do my own dancing in my room. Try having fun with it. Your doing fine and things will turn out great for you. It just takes time

honey, you're not doing ANYTHING wrong. you're being healthy! that counts more than any amount of weight you could lose. are you sure that you're not gaining muscle? check your measurements and don't rely on the scale as your only guide. i know how frusterating this process is. if you need any support or just want to talk, i'm always here :-)

Weight loss can be very frustrating since it is rarely consistent even if you are. Sometimes you may not see any changes with the scale, but you just have to keep moving forward. Keep in mind that the scale doesn't always show you your progress/success - you should use other ways to measure that too. Take notice in how you feel, how your clothes fit, how your fitness level improves and take some measurements. You can see a difference in the other things even when the scale doesn't change.

Are you eating enough? If you are eating less than your recommended calories that SparkTeens has given you, you will slow your metabolism. So you want to make sure you are eating enough to provide your body enough calories and nutrients. A teen needs 1800 calories at the very minimum just for the basic functions (breathing, digestion, circulation and more) and other physical activities (from writing to running). You need more if you are active.

Instead of focusing on the number on the scale, focus more on healthy habits. Make sure you are eating enough for your body and how much activity you are doing. You may want to review these articles for more info on healthy habits to help you reach your goals:

Everyday i plan my meals with the nutrition planner. I exercise 30 minutes not including gym class. I do mess up and eat foods not on the nutrition planner occasionally I have been doing these things for over a month and haven't lost a single pound. I have remained the same weight as always. Stage two says that I'm supposed to be losing 1-2 pounds a week. Why haven't I? I have been trying to limit any extra snacking by eating fruits instead. And if i get bored I try to exercise. What should I do?
