Heyy it's me again haha.
But don't give up!!! You can do it I know you can.
When I first started cheerleading I was soooo bad. During open gym before tryouts they made us do jumps in front of everyone without even showing us how. When it was my turn, I could hear girls snickering quietly behind me, and that hurt. The older girls didn't believe I could be a benefit to the team and looked down on me.
I didn't give up because I wanted it so badly. My friend and I stayed afterschool every single day and practiced in the gym. I can't tell you how many times I got so frustrated that I broke down, but I refused to give up. By the time tryouts came, I was so much better .. but still not that good. I saw myself improving though, and I tried my very hardest during practices. I got so good throughout my first season that the older girls that had looked down on me even told me that I was good and that I had improved a lot. My confidence had never been very high, but through every basketball game, it grew, and it felt great to know that people in the stands were looking at me and seeing a good cheerleader. Now everyone sees me as a huge benefit to the team.
The point is, don't give up! Keep trying and eventually you can become someone that you never thought you could be.

Cardio:
-Running
-Jump rope
-jogging
-dancing
-aerobics
-trampolining
-walking very quickly

Can you post more of your regime besides your cheer jumps? What are you eating? How much you're eating?

Try to forget the bullies. One day they'll see how ignorant they really are. Loads of famous people have been bullied, and it made them become even stronger people e.g. Tina Turner being beaten by her husband, at a school dance Christina Aguilera was shunned by other, at school people didn't want to play with Beyonce because they were jealous of her, Clay Aitken from American Idol was bullied at school, Charlotte Church the operatic singer was bullied, Rihanna was bullied too and even Justin Timberlake. All these famous, rich and talented people were in your position.

You're not alone. They're proof that bullies pick on those they are jealous of. They see something extra special in you, so they're jealous and wonder why they don't have that X factor. Hold your head high.

You CAN do it.
I believe in you, now believe in yourself.

In order for you to lose fat, you need to do cardio. Doing cardio 3-5 days a week 30-60 minutes each session will help you lose fat overall, including your stomach. You then want to strength train 1-3 days a week so you can have a toned "hot" body.

It does take time, but you can do it! Keep moving forward with healthy habits and you will see positive results!

Here are some articles to help you with this:
